PTA Updates

The PTA have been busy organising lots of fun, exciting events for the children of Chigwell Row. The team thought it would be a nice idea to share some photos of our previous fundraisers and also provide some dates for future events.

In October 2022, the children were (‘Trick or) Treated’ to a Halloween party. The fun included ghoulish games, monstrous music, creepy crafts and some spooky snacks. Wrapping the teachers and parents in toilet paper to make them look like a mummy was a particular favourite game! The children’s costumes were amazing and it was lovely to see the children having so much fun together dancing and playing games.

Prior to breaking up for the Christmas holidays, the children donned their best party wear for a fun filled 2 hours of Christmas fun and party food. After lots of dancing and game playing, the children were surprised with a visit from Father Christmas who took time out from his busy present making schedule, to fly over some early Christmas gifts.

We can confirm that all children made the 2022 nice list!

A huge thank you to Joe and Phillipa, our amazing party entertainers for volunteering their time and making sure that the children had a wonderful time at both parties.

In February, we held Chigwell Row’s Movie Night. The children had a choice of watching Zootroplis or The Bad Guys and enjoyed their chosen film with sandwiches, sausage rolls, crisps and popcorn. All of the children were very well behaved and loved watching the films on the big screen with their friends.
